Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what Tabletop.ai, operated by Law & Forensics LLC, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Tabletop.ai you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Account information: your email address, and your organization and role. Exercise data: the participants, decisions, ratings, and notes you enter while running an exercise, and the reports generated from them.

How we use it

To provide the Service: to sign you in, scope your access to your organization, run your exercises, and generate your reports. To communicate with you about your account and support. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers that run the Service on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database) and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide their part of the Service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details directly with Stripe; Tabletop.ai never sees or stores your full card number. We process your billing contact and subscription information to manage your account and your plan.

Legal disclosures

We may disclose information when required to by law or valid legal process (for example, to comply with a court order, subpoena, or lawful request from a government authority) or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor the commitments in this policy, and we will note any change of controller here.

Retention

We keep your account and exercise data for as long as your account exists, so your reports remain available to you. You can ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will do so except where we are required to retain certain records to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights and choices

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and you can object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can stop using the Service at any time.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Accuracy

We rely on the information you provide being accurate and current. You are responsible for the information you enter, and you can update it or ask us to correct it at any time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including access controls that keep each account's sessions and reports private to that account. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
